Merry Christmas!

I hope you all are having a wonderful day with your family, enjoying the decorations and music, and celebrating giving! For the last post in this special posting schedule, I thought I'd show you all what I got for Christmas this year! I'm not trying to brag, I am very thankful for everything I received.

I got the AG snowboarding set! It's SOO adorable!

The helmet and goggles are very detailed and realistic. A+++++ for them!

The gloves are super cute, but fit slightly weird.

I adore the pattern on the snowboard, but the bindings aren't the greatest. The dolls' feet don't fit in them perfectly, but I suppose that could be because I don't have the other set that has the actual boots.

Overall, this set is super adorable, detailed, realistic for the most part, and all around great! I'd totally recommend it, if you get it on sale.

I probably wouldn't buy it for full price, but since I got it for free, I am very happy with it!

Thank you so much to my parents for getting this for me!

The only other doll/blogging/photography/filming item I got is this awesome 64 GB SD card!

For some reason, the plastic on all of my other memory cards has been breaking, so this is awesome!

Since it is so big, I won't have to constantly empty it while filming stop motions!

Christmas Eve.

Before the sisters headed to bed knowing that they wouldn't fall asleep, for the excitement in their heads was too great to let them rest, they watched their two favorite holiday movies. They started out the night with Elf. They shared many laughs, and by the end of the movie, their hearts were glowing with Christmas spirit. They followed with watching Christmas Vacation, which is quite possibly the funniest holiday movie ever.

What is your favorite holiday movie?

I can't decide between Elf and Christmas Vacation, just like my dolls!

Today, the girls went caroling around the neighborhood. They knew it had been a great idea when they saw the radiant smiles on people's faces.

Tonight, the girls enjoyed warm cups of hot cocoa by the fireplace. It was peaceful, simple, and it made all the girls happy inside.

What is your favorite way to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate?

I love warm hot cocoa with loads of whipped cream and sprinkles, but also the combination of marshmallows and a candy cane. Mmmmm....

Countdown to Christmas! ❅ 5 Days ❅

Only five days until Christmas, and the sisters did karaoke to their favorite songs. They sang the words to Santa Claus is Coming to Town, White Christmas, All I Want for Christmas is You, and Sleigh Ride together, and Kanani did a special performance of Mele Kalikimaka. They ended the the night with lots of huge smiles and giggles.

The girls had a marathon of basilmentos holiday videos today! Watching festive stop motions, and other holiday doll videos is one of my favorite ways to get into the Christmas spirit! Clearly, the dolls think so too!

Today, the girls did one of my favorite holiday activities, they went to the Christmas market! They drank hot cocoa in the signature Christmas market mugs, munched on hot cinnamon roasted almonds, and shopped at all the booths where handmade items were sold. They stopped to look at the colorful glass animals, and the detailed wooden ornaments. It was a magical night. ❅

Miranda finally wrote her note to Santa today!

Dear Santa,

Sorry this letter is so late. Hopefully, there will still be time to make my Christmas wishes come true, but if not, it's okay, and I completely understand. This year, I'd like some new clothes, and more hairbands and bobby pins because I seem to lose all of them!

Today, my dolls made little snowflakes to hang up in the house! Making paper snowflakes is so fun, because they're so easy to make, and they turn out so delicate and elegant!

Today, Julie wrote her letter to Santa. It went like this.

Dear Santa,

Hey, man. I hope you've had a rad year. I sure have. Yeah, sometimes I'm a bit naughty, but I hope you can see through that and recognize that inside I'm an awesome sister, and nice girl. This year I'd like a bag to hold my speed skates, and maybe a new basketball. Thanks man!

I hope you enjoy your cookies this year. I'm going to bake some delicious treats for you, and I can't wait for you to try them! I can't tell you what they'll be yet, for it is supposed to be a surprise, but I can tell you that you'll love them. Hopefully, they'll give you lots of energy to deliver presents to all the boys and girls out there. Speaking of gifts, I'd love a mixer to make baking less exhausting. Thank you so much, Santa!

Countdown to Christmas! ❅ 12 Days ❅

The girls had an Ugly Sweater competition! Sara went all out, wearing her Santa coat sweater, and Santa hat. Kanani wore a black sweater with a Christmas morning setting on it. Paige wore a green sweater with bells, bows, buttons, pom poms, and basically anything Christmas on it, and Julie wore her Christmas print sweater. It had a stocking, a bow, and cuffed sleeves. Miranda was the judge, but she couldn't decide whether the winner should have the cutest, or the ugliest sweater, so no one ended up winning.

Do you have an ugly Christmas sweater?

I actually went out to some thrift stores and picked up a couple today!

(Also, sorry these photos are so bad. I didn't take them in advance, and it's literally 10 o'clock at night. I just want to go to bed, and I honestly couldn't care less about how this turns out, lol.)
